Regional Preference:
Residence of college/university attendance within 175 miles of YCCC center which is in Erving, MA. Qualifying area includes all of MA, RI, CT and Long Island, NY, most of VT and NH, and portions of ME, eastern NY and extreme northeastern sections of PA and NJ.

2-year or 4-year program

Accredited college or university
